In the two years since opening our doors, Foresta Rincón Multidisciplinary Center has grown rapidly from an independent homeschool experience to a true community school providing a holistic approach to education steeped in a love and respect for our natural world.
We have weathered the storms of Maria and Fiona, opening our doors to the community in the aftermath, and working hard to rebuild along with our neighbors here in Puerto Rico.
After Fiona destroyed much of our infrastructure, we elected to become a non-profit entity and are a recognized 501(c)(3) charity.
Even though we are a private school, many of our children are from low income backgrounds and are on a scholarship. Your generous support ensures that we can continue to grow and provide enriching learning experiences to the children of Rincon, Puerto Rico, while nurturing a deep commitment to sustainability and community.
